Cancellation Policy
1. All items provided for the event are leased exclusively to the contracting Customer for the event date. The Customer is fully responsible for all items listed in this agreement. 2. Any items returned damaged (torn, broken, burned, missing, etc.) will result in replacement charges, as specified in the Service Agreement. Applicable shipping fees will also be included. Customers paying by credit card authorize Lavish Moments to charge their card on file for losses or damages. Cash Customers authorize deductions from their security deposit and agree to pay the balance upon billing. Non-deposit Customers must pay within 7 days. 3. Customers must handle all items (tablecloths, chair covers, napkin rings, chargers, etc.) carefully. Customers assume all risk of damage, loss, or misuse of items. 4. Lavish Moments is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the Customer's use of items or services. The Customer agrees to indemnify Lavish Moments, including covering reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. 5. Any items returned after the agreed date will incur additional charges. 6. Items must only be returned to Lavish Moments employees or authorized freight carriers with verified identification. 7. Changes to orders can be made up to 90 days before the event date (e.g., color or style changes). Reductions in items are not allowed. No changes are permitted within 90 days of the event. 8. Reductions in items are prohibited. Add-ons are permitted, but expedited shipping will incur additional charges, which will be the Customer's responsibility. Invoices must be paid in full before services are rendered. 9. Lavish Moments does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including natural disasters, illness, or hospitalization. Paid decoration services may be rescheduled for another available event date. Event date changes incur a $500 change fee. 10. Full payment is due 30 days before the event date. 11. Payment signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
